Inner Warrioress manufactures safety keychains to be used in a dangerous situation where your safety is at risk. Therefore, Inner Warrioress is not liable for any injuries sustained from any of our tools since they need to be used with caution and only in emergencies. The keychain with the spray is only for customers over 18 years old.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, taking between 48 to 72 hours after purchase in business days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not business days. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class. It may take around three days to be delivered. (These are estimations only since we need to count on delays due to Covid restrictions with our shipping company). 

Inner Warrioress is not responsible for any delays, for packages delivered to wrong directions given by customers. If an insufficient address was put in and the item was sent back to us, the customer has to re-pay for the shipment. If you suspect your package has been lost by Royal Mail, please contact Royal Mail directly. Once a package is sent out is no longer in our hands. Thank you for your understanding.

Return and Cancellations Policy

Inner Warrioress does not accept cancellations, returns or refunds at the moment. If any tool in our keychain is not working properly we can exchange it. Although, this would be unlikely since we double check our keychain and each of its items are up to standard before shipping them. Please, contact me through my email within five days of receiving your item to proceed with an arrangement if any item is not up functioning properly. Thank you for your understanding.
